Special welding rotator with notch wheels to prevent tanks traverse
When we weld the tanks with flange, because of one side is weight . The tanks will traverse along the wheels .
How to solve this problem? The easy way is use the wheels with notch , the flange edge will be clamp in the notch and prevent the tanks move.
The notch width must be special design according to the customers requirement.

b) Vertical adjustment of work piece: Both wheels of the same rotator has hydraulic lifting device which allows the wheels to move synchronized (right/left or left/right). While the wheel moves horizontally the work piece is lifted/lowered vertically
c) Horizontal adjustment of work piece: Two rotators have a hydraulic device which allows each wheel to move independently (right/left or left/right) for horizontal adjustment
d) Fit up detailed sequence: Available under customer request
e) Inside and outside circumferential seam welding: By means of a Welding Manipulator WM Series with SAW head
Product Application:
Used to weld, polish and assemble the cylinder-shells, and to line the shells with rubber. Wide wheels rollers, to enhance the friction force between the wheels and tank, conventional + self aligned roller, to suit large diameter range of the tank, motorized lead screw rollers, to reduce labor force when changing the wheel distance of heavy capacity of rollers, Pu wheels, for stainless steel tank turning, full steel wheels, for heavy weight tank turning.
