Welding Manipulator is a special machine, which can weld the vessels, steel structure in all orientation by various welding methods , such as circumferential and long altitudinal welding line.
The distinction is based on the popular function: fixed on the earth , rotating by motor or hand, moving on the guider by motor.
The column and boom guider of our company all adopt widened rectangular type, These ensure stretching and lifting is in particular stable and reliable.
Boom Retracting : The retracting type is:Motor--Worm gear reducer—gear shaft---the boom moving.The speed adjust by AC VFD,so the speed may change
Cross Slide(motor or hand): The welding head was fixed on the cross slide. Slide may adopt motor or hand control.Usually the stroke is 100mm.If you want to use and add the stroke,you must advice.
Column Revolving : Re-voling adopt motor worm gear and gears type. Rotary support may ensure the column revolving safety .
