Main structure

The frame is steel welding, with good rigidity, The rwo shear compression cylinders fixed on the left/right column, Upper blade may up/down by the cylinders and guider roller.Work surface has an auxiliary turret and feed rollers for easy fine adjustment lower blade and plate conveyor.
Hydraulic system mainly consist of the oil pump, solenoid valve, relief valve and one-way valve. The pump motor working ,and then clamp cylinder into the oil , the head pressed steel overcome the spring tension .The upper blade down and cut yhe plate.
Front frame unit placed on the work surface, with the scale indicates that the value, the regulatory activities stopper to reach the desired value.
Back frame unit was fixxed on the turret, and with the blade up and down movement.Backgauge adjustment rack driven by a motor, gear and screw drive to achieve. Blocking plate can be moved back and forth.
